The Chicago Track Club is a not-for-profit athletics club
located in the City of Chicago, which focuses on sprint, middle and distance coaching, training and competing.
Its members include both youth
and elite runners, who want sprint and distance training in events such as the 100, 200 and 400 meter dash, the 800 meter run and 10,000 meter
race. In addition, the Club offers the 3,000 meter Steeplechase, Cross
Country and Road Racing training as well.
The Chicago Track Club participates in Chicago's city-wide Summer Track Program. During the Final
Championship Meet on September 6th, 2009, the kids from the fourth ward, coached by the CTC, finished in first place. Read about the launching of Mayor Daley's Summer Track Program, a
